Avery LOVES the bathtub! I was very nervous to give her a bath and h fierrst bath fully in the tub was not a pleasant experience! Now, she kicks around in the tub and laughs. . . when she is in a mood the bath really settles her down. My favorite part of bath time is lotion time. The smell of a clean baby with fresh lotion just makes me smile. Avery enjoys getting lotioned up after bath. Some moms skip this step, but for me it is a very important part of bath time.
Here is Avery playing with some of her new toys. She is getting so big. . . she likes her Johnny Jumper, but she likes it better when we bounce her in it. Once her legs get stonger she will probably love to do it on her own. We also started putting her into her excersaucer. She plys well in it, but she trys to get all of the toys into her mouth and when she can't she gets frustrated, but it is still cute. Thanks to Andrew we always have pictures of Avery doing all of her firsts. He said the other day that he hopes we have as many pictures of our next kid! I am not as worried about the next kid as I am about the last one. . .whatever number that may be (4)!!
